When there's women's vitamins, there's also
men's vitamin. Though it is uncommon and I only hear seldom about the latter but there is really is. Now, how vitamin affect oneself? Is it important? As for me, it is important because in absence of the nutrients intake, vitamins will be the one to take the needed stuff in order to get the desired amount. It is indeed a supplement. So far, I take one day woman's vitamins to help me fit and energized everyday and from my personal experience, it is good to take vitamins everyday especially if you're not into eating the required everyday foods for health. It boost the immune system so I can do my task and household chores and the like every now and then.
