An Acne Medicine to Consider

As of this time, I have not talk to my cousin yet. I do not know if she changed her sim card or she just cannot be reached because she is at work (normally phone is off or not on worker's hands/pocket when at work). I hope she did not changed her sim card or if she did, she will inform me about her new number. I guess she was a bit of upset on me for not addressing her acne medicine problem yet. I was worried that if it won't work with her, I know she will be real upset that time. :-( What is really the best one? Yeah, I told her that such acne she has now will really get rid of her in the right time of a right medicine and she believes it, the problem is what is the best one? I have some stuffs on my mind considering an acne medicine and chasing on it but after all this time, I have not come into conclusion because of my busy schedule and things like that. I need much more time and I hope she understands it. I have to call her parents what happened this week, I guess. I hope my "busy-ness" thingy will get rid of me too!
