Work-out! Yes men, work it out so you can have that beautiful six-pack abs. I remember one the group's conversation is about a six-pack abs. It's a matter of ab workout topic. Ooh well, it is somewhat like one couple is out of topic because they're into the look of a group mate's husband who has now a beautiful good-looking "macho" body unlike before. Since then, the focus was on the couple. The group were amazed looking at the couple, the wife also was big fat hen before but now, they both have a great body whom group mates envious of.
