Apartment is considered one's own home as long as renter paid the monthly bills. Aright, it is not literally owned but knowing that you live in there and as I said paid its dues on-time and you are comfortable in such rented house then you are a happy renter. One can call it a home, a rented home. Most houses anyway are mortgage, taxes and dues will be paid at the end of the year so for me, it is just the same. Well, okay not that so. It just depends upon the size, location, ambiance and stuffs like that. Luxurious ones like long beach apartment, would surely renter feel and live like a king and queen. The point is one is comfortable where one resides, then that is it all about. Don't you think?
