Acne

Some adolescents experience having pimples. My cousin isn't an exemption of it. And I don't know much how that occur. I believe it is associated with the lifestyle of a person. Lack of sleep is one of the causes of it (studying). Then when one won't constantly washing ones face also especially after night. Acne for teenagers/adolescents by the way aren't that scarring enough. But when you get into adult level, that could be hard to get rid. Adult folks find ways and means on how they could have adult acne treatments to remove the annoying problem. I know it isn't that easy to get rid of the zits. It would even create an ugly scars to a person, good thing for adolescents they could get rid of it without thinking when will the acne scars get away. :-) So then take care of your lovely skin! Drink a lot of water and take good care of your health as always.
