How do you like to try "hi-tech" stuff to monitor your health? Are you in favor of just use the classic one? You are one of those old school folks which just uses an old school or classic stuffs?
Mind you my husband admit and told me that he is one of those old school folks. Well, it is not necessary that point to old people, there are also young folks who just prefer to use classic and traditional stuffs. Yep, classic stuffs doesn't only apply to old folks just a name and again, young folks too uses it.
One year plus ago, DH has this wristech blood pressure monitor and am the one who get his blood pressure in the house. Yes, it is a high-tech one and he loves it. It is pretty great because it just uses two triple A batteries (2 AAA) and when you study diligently how to use then you are good to go, and that is what I did. Sometimes just get his diastolic and systolic pressures as well as pulse for heart beat. Then it is your choice if you want to put in its memory or just put the result in a paper. It get accurate results just like a traditional one. It is pretty easy and comfy when I get used to it.
