Get that glow

Expert says, take time to breathe and relax for at least 20 minutes daily to lower your stress level. Scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, this routine can come in the form of a prayer moment, listening to music or reading, but not on your friend’s Facebook wall. They might post in their wall about their bad day, and you may be affected on it.

Most people when obsessed with stress, they like to eat more. No worries about calories when you eat these veggies such as cabbage, celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, radish, eggplant, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms. They are rich in fiber and help you forget about your cravings.

Living in a busy environment causes a number of stress-related diseases. It makes you crave for more calories like chocolates and makes you more likely to gain pounds. Tension naturally changes the normal reaction of hormones that affects your appetite. Shift your mind as much as possible to good things instead. A thankful attitude can surely make your stress go away.
