Lack of Sleep can Cause Pimples

Okay, this might be a confession from personal experience. One might likes to observe his/herself what oneself is doing just like the cause and affect of what it does. I have to admit that I was not that very particular what my body does when I am in focus of what is need to be done. It's just that there is something more than to consider before it. Life is sometimes need to adjust. Anyway, talking about science and health, whatever the reason is one needs enough sleep everyday or at least six(6) hours- the traditional way. And one affect of getting lesser than that can cause pimples, headache, loss of memory, weak body, etc. And hey, if you are curious of your health and physical, you need to have a good sleep everyday.
