My MYM and RT: Yellow Cake and Red Glasses, Etc

Hi folks, how is everyone doing? How's your Sunday? Am going advance in my time (I know it's already Monday on other parts of the world) of my mellow yellow Monday and ruby Tuesday entry. So here is it:

Above left is my yellow birthday cake last Mayo Cinco. It's a yummy mango personalized birthday cake from Red Ribbon, thank to my friend Lyn and Cesar for such. It's yummylicious! It's not too sweet, as in I love it! Also the live fresh pink tulips pot wrap and some color of table napkins holder are also yellow. :-) On the other hand on the right are the ruby glasses, table napkins box and some other rubies you can find. Indeed I had a fun birthday celebration. Whew! My precious age is climbing up and it's awesome. Am proud being one. Teehee! Oops! ;-)

MYM and RT: Beautiful Spring Flowers

It's spring season here in USA. That also means, flowers are blooming everywhere. Even trees changing its color or leaves from winter season. Below is my entry for Mellow Yellow Monday and Ruby Tuesday, the beautiful spring flowers in the neighborhood. I was walking that time and I spotted this bunch of colorful flowers in the yard of one of the apartment complex. Yes, it's just one block away from the complex where DH and I stayed. So, not in the yard of our rented apartment home but a close-by, okay, a neighborhood. Beautiful flowers, isn't it?

Can you resist of not chasing these flowers below? I can't even resist of taking a picture of it. :-) It's beautiful yellows and reds with other colors, no doubt! ;-) I just don't know its name. Anyway, have a great day to all! :-))

My Mellow Yellow Monday: Yellow Flowers

My share of yellow today is a yellow flower. Pardon me as I do not know the name but what am sure is, it is yellow. Hehe! This yellow flower was with the bunch of flowers in a vase with the big red roses from my ever beloved valentine. It was actually over the red roses and its other stuffs formed into a cool arrangement.Yes, it was a gift from my hubby this year's valentines day (February 2011). It was a bud during valentines day but days after, it bloomed as what you saw. And it is awesome, big ones as bigger than the big roses. Beautiful and cool the eyes especially it was from my beloved. *wink*

 

As what you can see in the left image, it is the bloomed yellow flower from the right image which is at the top of the other flowers in a vase. 

Indeed a happy valentines day for me! And a happy mellow yellow Monday to you! ;-)

 

My MYM: Yellow Mangoes

 

My entry for today for Mellow Yellow Monday image is yellow mangoes. These are two pieces of mangoes I had during New Year celebration. It was already ripe and ready to eat so I sliced it on the 4th of January. Some which I cannot accommodate to eat in one sitting were put in a safe stash plastic and were put in refrigerator for furtherance. Those were yellow mangoes and I was so glad its fruits tastes great. Sometimes, fruits are not good just like other fruits. Or maybe I just do not know how to select the good ones. :( Anyway, I was still glad because such those taste great. If you could give me tip how to select great variety of selection in getting yellow mangoes, that would be much appreciated. :-) Anyway, happy Monday! Have fun and enjoy the rest of the week!

My MYM #13: Yellow Umbrella Tack Pin

Yay! It is already Monday in the other side of the world. Time check of my side for Pacific Daylight Time is eight o'clock "post meridien" (8:00 p.m.). As to Eastern Time, just add three hours unto my time. And so, my entry today is a mellow yellow umbrella tack pin. This tack pin is from avon and I just love it that much and so with my other pins collections. It keep me smile seeing them intact. ;-)

I love collecting pins, be it as it is a brooch or a tack pin but am more particular with the latter. Aside from collecting stamps from different countries and memorable ones, costume jewelries, post cards, pins now is my added collection hobbies. I have a couple of cute ones but I have also bigger ones, mostly of this kind are butterfly brooches. My pins collection began the time when I had to put something on my clothes so my boobies won't be visible among other people. Oops! yep, I have to pull side by side to close something which would turn not visibly pulled in. I also like to give tack pins to my dear friends to keep our friendship intact. Oops! If you a dear friend of mine, expect that am saving a cute tack pin for you. :) How is that? I mean, do you also like collecting cute stuffs, tack pins or similar as like this? How do you like it?

My MYM #12: Yellow Dress and Yellow Stuffs

Today, Monday (May 31st), is the day we observed Memorial Day here in United States of A. It is holiday, meaning no work and for some private workers who still work on this day would have
two days work count instead of one. Anyway, while some are celebrating this day outside, that would also mean chasing a lot of yellow stuffs like me though mine was taken past days ago. Am here by the way for mellow yellow entry during Mondays. And below are my three images you may like to look (though there's a lot of same stuffs of just simply differs from each other as well). Could you get some yellows above? As again, you can enlarge it as your choice. That was the time of some of my yellow moments. Some of my yellow birthday scenes. Haha! I just realize that I had a lot of yellow that day. I wonder why?. :) So then, have a great Monday folks! And as always enjoy your day most especially that we are commemorating this day as respecting, adoring and honoring soldiers who gave their lives just to have this country and our freedom. What we have now, we owed it to them so let us give them a round of applause...(applause).. Bravo! Soldiers rock!

My MYM #11: A Pot of Yellow Mini Roses

Monday, how is it folks? For me this day is not complete if I don't have an entry for Mellow Yellow Monday. :-) I don't know but I got used to it and I would got loss of what day is the next day or yesterday, again, if haven't got my entry. ;-) Even planning of charging my digicam or charge full my phone so in time if there's some yellows, I won't be disappoint myself to point and click unto it. Either indoor or outdoor as long as there is yellow into it, I am on-the-go! Ha! Seems like my happiness is just too small but that's what I am sometimes. Chasing flowers, yellow stuffs, not-so-funny jokes... just to get my mood on. Isn't that cool? Is your mood like that? Sometimes just too good to be true? Hemmm.. ;-)

Alright, my entry for today was my flower from my birthday, days ago and for this time its flowers fell down already but am happy to know that it still alive and growing! Those were in a mini pot with a yellow covered stuff which make it a beautiful and adorable piece.

It comes with a direction how I should take good care of it and I love what I knew. This plant lives longer on me than my other yesterdays plants. I live it! And on daylight, I always put it in my window so sunlight would hit up what is good for it. And an instruction said that it should have to remain a little bit moist and put in a place which it could catch a sunlight. So that's what I did and again, I am happy of the result :)

My MYM #10: Chocolate Candies and Shake

Yayy! Howdy folks? Hope all are well on your side... as to me, all are pretty well though there are some circumstances that can't be avoided just like personal stuffs including the laziness sometimes... awww... lol... Oops! ;-)

So today is Monday, first time of weekdays for normal working individuals but due to a fact that some also makes this a second day of its working days, then, it has also to consider. :) Ooh well, it is still mostly folks considers that this is the first day of working days, so, hola mi Amiga! Monday is going to be a manic one! From household chores to computer chores and all that stuffs... are all making me busy, even just of imagining it, it makes me dizzy now.. lol.. Alright, it's time for yellow hunting now...

Can you identify where's the yellow in an above image? Isn't it dominating the other colors? Smile... let's make this fun! Yep, that's yellow covered chocolate candies which if you happen to come-by and visit me at our house (if you're that close *winkz*), you will see two big bowls at each sides of our dark-brown rectangular table which will great you, "let's eat candies"... lol.. ooh yeah, am just kidding aside but am serious --- candies/chocolates are our first treat to our visitors hoping one will feel at home. :-)

So when you feel it's hot and wants some coolness on your deep inner bod, we can also order some mango milk shake malt (actually a name of this shake malt is long but I just make it short for you not to grasping up your breathe, lol.. ooh well, I can let you know if you like to know what its name {I actually posted it on my journey blog}). *winkz*

My MYM #9: Yellow Business Building

I have come to a city that an ordinance of painting up their business establishment/s need to have updated. With that, a building which looks aloof for how a couple of years has been updated to a catchy yellow color of paint which dominates the color of such building. And here comes a restaurant in the name of what I said, which is below.

As I went-by unto its area, I cannot help to be in awe with its beautifully painted one. It looks like a new building to me. I am happy for such establishment to have it. Makes me think, it attracts more customers. And yep, I took a picture (from my phone) closer which an image below shows.

Isn't it cool? ;-) It is now so clear and folks would keep it on their memory once they pass such restaurant. It's attractive and brings merry idea. I love it! How about you, how do you like it? Or do you like it at all?

My Mellow Yellow Monday 8: Yellow Flowers

As I was walking down the road days ago, I saw these beautiful yellow flowers blooming around the corners just in every direction as I was in and I cannot help to take my phone and took a couple of pictures of them. This is also one of the reasons why I love walking aside from the season is spring. Did I tell you that spring is the best season for me? Yes, among the four seasons US of A has, spring is the best for me. It is because of the beautiful blooming flowers! Take a look of these yellow ones I took.

Image above below the first yellow flower is another variety but of course it is in color yellow again. :-) If you could only tell what it's name.. :-)

This is another variety of yellow flowers. I tell these flowers are blooming anywhere in the road. See these were around the daycare school, along the road, inside/outside the homes, etc.

How do you like these yellow flowers here? Do you know what its name? Truly, I do not know the names of these three varieties I got but these really are beautiful, neatly placed and so enticing with our eyes. I love chasing at these and I guess so are you, aren't you? ;-)

Mellow Yellow Monday 7

Hello everyone, how is your day today? Is your Monday is a manic day for you? How is everything going there? For me, it is yellow scenario as of this moment and as what you can tell by an image and title above, I was and still in a hunt of something or dominating yellow color of an image. Yellow is a captivating color and I like the idea of "Yellow Mellow" every Monday for memories of cool yellow personal images. So, every Monday I am eager to show any yellow ones I got as in color yellow hunting. This Monday I have here the fast food chain or store of Jollibee somewhere in West Covina. It has a yellow entrance as what you can see above. That was also my first time on entering a Jollibee fast food here in California knowing that this fast food chain is owned by Filipino though I always went in Philippines. Well, the picture2x moment was fun... and that was one of the evidence above.. :-) That was by the way taken last 2007.

Mellow Yellow Monday #6

The above images speaks for itself, yellow stuffs great for "Mellow Yellow Monday" meme entry. I finally found the yellow corn holder after I saw from one of my virtual friend post which also gave me "pasalubong" from her recent vacation trip in Philippines (her and my home country). I was amazed of the corn holder that was why I was anxious to have one because I love to eat corn. I am really glad to have it. The fresh yellow flower in a pot with saucer is called "Ranunculus" or "Ranunculus Asiaticus" as its scientific name. That was one of the fresh flower (the other one has red color flower) I had during Valentines Day celebration. That time some of several petals did not bloom yet but this time the first one of each plant (one for yellow and one for red) bloom already. And I could never be happier chasing as it blooms one by one. I placed it near at the PC and the other one is near at the center table.

And so the other bonus yellows are the post-it note I pasted at the top of my PC on the table part. and also the yellowish table as my computer workstation. You can also see yellows on my place mat where a platelet of yellow corn is at. :-) So that is it. Have a great yellow haunting folks.. Enjoy the manic Monday too.. :-)

MYM #5 and Ruby Tuesday #6 -- Flowers,Teddy, and a Dictionary)

Woohoo it is Monday again---first day for regular working days, it's Manic Monday! I haven't slept last night because I had something to do online yet, my asthma attacked me. I took my Zyrtec, delsym, and had my inhaler then drink a lot of H2O. Hour/s after I got free from a second breathless but unfortunately my stomach was acting up! I got lost bowel movement.. aarggh.... ahhh.... then morning time came and I had to do the household chores or else clutters are everywhere. The clothes that need to be fold, the dishes in the kitchen, the bed, other clothes in the bedroom, trash to put down at the garbage downstairs, vacuum, dusts wiping, and my online stuff. Fortunately, I did all with an energy! I then washed-up preparing for the smoke alarm inspection and tune in the music while waiting for the Realtor employees to come over. They did not make it, perhaps tomorrow (it is from Monday to Friday; either from 8 am to 5 pm). It was not a big deal for me they did not come because I am always here in the house at least they said that it is for this week. Then came here... but before that, I first took the yellow flowers in our vase near our red couch "not-so-couch" stuff in my place (in our home/apartment). It was my shy Teddy's (teddy bear---I call it Teddy) neighbor. If you want to see my shy teddy, here it is:
