Basic Horse Care

Looking after a horse can be time consuming and also expensive. Whilst there is not much you can do about how much of your time it takes up, short of hiring staff to look after them, you can keep costs down by searching for best prices both online and in stores. Many online sites have online tack shops that sell most the necessary pieces of equipment needed. Online stores often offer free delivery if you spend over certain amounts and given how large a lot of horse equipment is, for example horse rugs will easily take up the boot of your car, having a lot of items delivered will work out much easier for you. A lot of online stores offer a whole range of items including horse feeds so if you shop carefully you can buy all your items online at once.

Items that you will need to get include:

A head collar, without one of these you will not be able to lead your horse about and move them from field to stable. You will also need a lead rope to attach to the head collar and to use if you tie the horse in a yard for when you are grooming.

A bridle, saddle and saddle blanket is needed for riding a horse. You will also require a hard hat, riding boots and appropriate protective clothes.

You will need warm and waterproof rugs for different seasons. The type of rug you get depends on the environment that your horse is in. It is important to ensure that the rug is the correct size and Viovet has a handy measuring guide you can use to ensure you fit your horse correctly.

To keep your horse looking nice you will need a grooming kit containing a hoof pick, appropriate brushes for both the horses coat and mane and a brush to remove mud.

You will also need a feed bin and water container. If your horse is a bit kicky it is worth putting the water bucket in a tyre which you can weight down or nail into the ground for stability.

If you are in a shared stable you might have access to wheelbarrow, spade, pitch fork and broom but if not you will need these items for mucking out the stable and clearing the fields.
Ensure you get a good quality food and any necessary supplements that your horse might need. Keep them up to date with worm treatment as well.

Over Time

Are you fond of doing overtime?

It is not fun having overtime when nothing you can gain in the future, I know, right? It could be in the form of monetary or would make such task (as a whole) easier in the future could be the two important things to consider. Either which, you must have to think about time management so you will come up with a good balance of good health, good timing and all the things a person should have to do in order to have a good balance in life.

Alright, I am having an overtime now in my online gig, my hobby. This adds my sanity. No matter how I love to stop blogging but I cannot. It seems like it is already a "part" of "me" especially that I live here in the place thousands of miles away from my roots and where I was born.  And so, here I am, yes, doing overtime to balance my life. :-) Have a great morning everyone!

RC Toy Vehicles

Toys are the solution of bored individuals. Make it a hobby as well. Collection too. Not only kids (but of course mostly they do) play and fond of remote or radio controlled toy vehicles like rc trucks electric but teenagers and adult does. It's not bad after all. It is an entertainment for them. A fun entertainment in racing on a race track or even in the floor, at home, or just anywhere of a safe place to play. Ah, it's a family/kids bonding stuff. It's great being kids again!

Planning to Collect Classic Disney DVDs!

It has been a long time that I was planning to collect or at least watch all the classic or famous Disney movies. Fortunately, I watch some of them but not all yet. Good thing, I have the privilege to fulfill such. Next week should I plan to start collecting them, I can buy couple of those as DH gave me something (though he did not know what would I am going to get, the thing is he is okay with what I wanted because for him, something that would make happy *charrr* *wink*) and am thankful for such. And I have to complete, or at least complete( there are bunch of classic movies you know.. but I will only get those which I love watching and more famous) before I will give birth. I have now the courage because I have a baby girl soon that will inherit those. Hehe! Well, young and adults love to watch classic Disney movies, I know. So it is always in-demand. And anytime I want to watch it, I can get it in just a snap. No need to rent, or whatever that is. It is also a good keep as it is a collection. :-) Good luck for me. ;-)

Somebody's B-day Is Coming Up

You may like it or not, oops wrong, I may like it or not but my birthday is coming up. Then am in the line of 30ish. Hahhaha! It would be sad to know my age once again climb but nobody can do about it unless if I say, I am 25 forever, hahaha! Would you go with that agreement with me when you want to know my age then? Thanks in advance. *wink*
Speaking of birthday, DH asked me what I want for my birthday. And I told him, I only want only one. A magic sing (of course with a chip of songs on it)  for a karaoke songs. But he said no and I said, that's all I want. :-) I haven't told him, he can give me money so I will be the one to buy for such to which it is more convenient for him. But I don't know. Only heaven knows if I can have it. :-)

Beads, Beader, Beading

When we say beads that pertain or describe things. A beader on the other hand is a person doing it, while beading describes an action. Ooh I can still remember how our English teacher explains such stuffs like that. Don't you miss it ex-students? For sure you do. Though being married doesn't mean stop schooling but it really is different from having no obligation. Aright, that is about it. For many homemaker like me (specially those are moms already) are into beading or is commonly called "crafting" or "jewelry-making" and of course it uses Beading Tools. It doesn't have to be expensive but more on costume jewelry-making and admire them. One day, perhaps that could also be my hobby since I love collecting costume-jewelries. Before, I often wonder where they get their tools or accessories for making it. Now I have some knowledge. Thanks to beadaholique (dot) com for my first store find. For sure there are many out there but for my personal record, thanks to this. So then, have a great homemaking their homemakers! Have a great day and enjoy (as always despite of all the stress or many works *wink* -- but of course it is sweet behind those sweats because it is for our family)!

My MYM #13: Yellow Umbrella Tack Pin

Yay! It is already Monday in the other side of the world. Time check of my side for Pacific Daylight Time is eight o'clock "post meridien" (8:00 p.m.). As to Eastern Time, just add three hours unto my time. And so, my entry today is a mellow yellow umbrella tack pin. This tack pin is from avon and I just love it that much and so with my other pins collections. It keep me smile seeing them intact. ;-)
I love collecting pins, be it as it is a brooch or a tack pin but am more particular with the latter. Aside from collecting stamps from different countries and memorable ones, costume jewelries, post cards, pins now is my added collection hobbies. I have a couple of cute ones but I have also bigger ones, mostly of this kind are butterfly brooches. My pins collection began the time when I had to put something on my clothes so my boobies won't be visible among other people. Oops! yep, I have to pull side by side to close something which would turn not visibly pulled in. I also like to give tack pins to my dear friends to keep our friendship intact. Oops! If you a dear friend of mine, expect that am saving a cute tack pin for you. :) How is that? I mean, do you also like collecting cute stuffs, tack pins or similar as like this? How do you like it?

Have a great mellow yellow Monday everyone. Have a great week! :)
