Happy 01.01.11!

What does this new year corresponds with a same numbers to do? If you asked me, I do not know too. Haha! It is just that it is new year and some kind of rhyme or one number for a date (zero is not a number, right?) as in day, month and year all are all of one numbers. There are folks too that they look into such as good luck, well, hopefully. Or maybe just nothing to say. Ha! Or maybe it really is. The latter is optimistic so I am hoping for it, don't you? Then, it's great! Appear!

Now, what have you prepare for new year's eve last night? Do you have foods and fruits which are of round shapes? For me, I do and even wearing dotted or has circles on my shirt. Okay, hopefully this year will bring fortune, oops, better than last year. Good luck to us and have fun on this day. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday to Andrea!

It is baby Andrea (mareng Lulu's daughter) actually. She is not anymore a baby, as in months old, yet I like to call her like that as just like how her mom called. You maybe ask if we meet and I have to say not yet in person. Ooh well, I am invited on her party but sad to say they are in Alabama and I am here in California. Well, maybe next time, maybe. ;-) Virtual friends exist, really. Thanks to Internet as this is very much possible. The thing is "sincerity" and being with ourselves, that is what counts.

Promenade School Event

JS Prom (Junior and Senior Promenade) is what I attended when I was in senior or 4th year high school. Though I was that not enjoying the night because I do not have the prom dresses I wanted (or maybe because I was still aloof that time, or do not have a grand stuff), yet I was just glad I was part of that event. One day, my batch mates and I will then remember it, surely during alumni homecoming. Ooh well, it still a happy one having been in a group. :-)

X'mas and New Year Giveaway or Gift Idea

Columbus Day and 10-10-10 even just had passed. Now we're looking forward of the next holiday, occasion and important events should we call it holiday as such person, event commemorated is very much special. So what comes next after such? Halloween, then came Thanksgiving Day. Christmas day then is the next then, it will be New Year 2011! We all know Christmas is gifts season. When I heard about it, I just can think about what will I receive and what will I give, exchange gift as it says. What could be better about it. Businesses, companies, pawnshops, stores and alike will be having their giveaways to their customers. Many folks will be giving t-shirts, shopping bags and most renowned calendars for the next year. Of course they will order it in advance so before the event it is already good to go. Some give it during Christmas time as New Year folks will be on their house of the said event as being said "good for the year's start-up". Ooh well, talking about calendar New Year giveaway, I can still remember my folks would tell, do not forget to ask calendar if such store and alike will be giving away or order it yourself (better). :-)

Another friend of mine is celebrating her birthday today. She is not a blogger though but she's also a good friend (sorry to those who are not good friends, I will not greet you. Oops! ;-) Just to let some good friends know whom I haven't greeted, please bear in mind I am just late or something's going on but you're in my thoughts) Actually, I already greeted her a week ago for an advance greeting but it was actually a wrong date I used to know but I guess it was turned good for I was the first one who greeted her (am I right Quing? *wink*) Aright, I won't be startled on putting your birthdate on my mind because another good friend of mine (Dhemz) is also celebrating her natal day today. :-)

It's One Month Before "ber" Months Begin

This month, August, is one month before September. Hence, it is about time Christmas songs are on radios and for many places, Christmas decorations are about to hang especially Christmas lights like white led Christmas lights. When I was still in the Philippines, I am excited for September. I had colorful Christmas lights hanging in our not-fancy house but full of love. But of course white lead Xmas lights are great for a colorful Christmas tree, be it as fancy or opposite. I wonder if all of its lights were still functioning. Ooh well, I can still remember I put it up with my cousins (or my aunt in my paternal grandparents place, now her place which also I call "home") other with laughter and joys then after our simple decorations, we then gathered in front of television and sing-along. Hahaha! That was fun. I missed them. Now, I have my own home with my DH. First "ber" month is not yet a good time for putting up Xmas decors but of course a great time to start looking for that stashed decors and replace or buy new ones whichever are no good no more. Ooh Christmas, you're on the way! I wish to great you an advance merry Christmas but nope, not yet, I have to tell you soon enough. ;-) ~hugs&kisses~

Personalized Wedding Cake Topper

Cake toppers nowadays cannot be downgraded when it comes to the new improvement. Yes, before we can only see a pre-made wedding cake topper of a beautiful creation just only that it symbolizes the couple. But as I said nowadays the couples own images can be done as a wedding cake toppers! How cool is that? Yep, not only for birthdays but specially for weddings and other more occasions. That is how beauty and fashion evolve. And when you are too slow to pick-up, it could be a not-so-happy moment because you will regret why you couple did not ordered it which in fact it was way too known already, well, if you a couple likes to have some fashion and beauty for the wedding cake then this is it! ;-) It is way too cool! Congratulations in advance by the way for the marriage soon. :)

Advance Happy Birthday to My Sister (Ian Mae/Lovely)

Six days from now, my sister (in real life) Lovely, will be celebrating her birthday. It is her debut actually, but because we do not have a lot of money for a fancy debut, she will just have a simple celebration. She do not want it anyway. She knew and understands the financial status status of our family currently. She will be having her midwifery board this coming November and the our parents are saving for that aside from her two brothers are in college now. I am helping some but the main expenses are really from our parents(both are government employees but still just enough for primary needs, apparently currently not enough for fancy celebration), glad she understands it. She just said she only want a simple celebration, that is a relieve and a happy feeling that she understands unlike some other youngest who only knew how to maneuver their wants. Ooh well, thank you Lab. ;) With that, I wish you all the best in life and happy, happy birthday!

She just graduated her two-years midwifery course and soon to take her board. She started her elementary at the age of six so she is advance for one year, that is why she graduated at the age of 17 (and ooh her height is already 5'4, 3 inches more than mine.. taller than her two "ate" {ate is older sister in Filipino language}.. geez.. don't curse my height..lol). And six days soon, she will be a lady -- a certified chick! Ehheheh.. :) Oops! Love yah sistah.. :) ~hugs&kisses~

Happy 4th of July!

Hi my dear folks, today is Sunday here in United States of America. This is God's day and also America's day, yeah it's America's birthday! Happy, happy 4th of July to those who are celebrating especially to the Americans!Every July 4th, America is celebrating as in commemorating Independence Day. This is the day America is free and became a nation. Apparently, it is a legal holiday. It means no work for everybody. And since it falls this Sunday, the holiday observation of offices the holiday will be tomorrow, Monday. But for some private companies especially the stores, employees are urge to work but with double pay, isn't that great? ;) That is supposed-to-be! :) Woohoo! Happy celebrating but of course, take an extra care and avoid any troubles especially in crowd. ~hugs&kisses~

Is it Graduation, Yet?

Spring/Fall 2010 Graduation had already passed way back last month but for summer and winter are just yet on the corner. Summer Graduation here in USA falls on August, while Fall/Winter Graduation falls on December or January. Yes, there is a ceremony of each of the four semesters here but for some country, there are only two ceremonies held every year. So if a graduand graduates during winter season, he/she can go to the stage on March or April. Well, every country/place has its own way but for sure in every commencement, there is always a holiday invitations albeit of the way and means of the schools. Would you bet? ;-) Yes, special occasions like that, an invitation is a must. Congratulations to the fall/spring graduates and the soon summer, fall and winter ones! And good luck then to your place of work interest. If you are my friend who will graduate soon, do not forget to give me an invitation huh. (*wink*) ;-)

Chasing An Ipod

Weeks ago, I was publicly blatant how I would like to have an ipod not really for me but for my dear husband when we will be going to our vacation in my home country. Also for just if he like to hear some music in our home. He does not need to buy any CD to record stuffs but just to download, done and he can hear it right away. I feel like he need it for that moment when we will travel for sixteen hours or so not to mention that he do not know my first language. Ooh well, he want to know how to speak and pronounce but I know he cannot make it as impulsive as that. Oops, he do not like fancy stuffs, he just said he only like mp3 to which it won't cost that much but I was and still currently chasing ipods to what will I buy for him (I can also use it anyway *wink*)

I do not have yet an idea what generation and gigabytes or stuffs like that to what is good for him (or for us) hoping it is not that expensive. Do you have any idea? Could you give me some hint to what is good from your side? Ooh well, thanks in advance. ;-)

"I Love You" , What Is It?

Yep, how do you define it? Can you define it by your own words?

I got stuck with this word (I love you) when I was in high school when our teacher for a said subject just suddenly threw a question on us, her students, questioned if we could define love on our own words. Apparently, I didn't knew.. haha.. Yep, I can define it when looking at any quotes presented by famous or infamous ones but, can you? Alright, for some reason you can. Yes, you can. It is because you are already matured to what it is about. You already felt after it was being talked and presented unto you. That is why studying as to listening and being attentive as a passive is important. Ooh well, love.
Love for me is describe as to different kind and variety like from parents which is called parental love, fatherly love (paternal love), motherly love (maternal love), to your friends (friendly love), to your brother (brotherly love), sister (sisterly love), to your special someone to which we commonly describe it as just our love ;-), and what else? Yeah, there are many different kinds of love as again, to different variety of people. Tapping it up, it is just meant as giving one's heart to another person -- not literally, that is.

There are also many ways to express our love. Many reasons to celebrate it. Many occasions in a year we celebrate to show our love to one another. Oops, isn't it valentines day done? Yep that is just one of the worldwide known event though it is not declared as a legal holiday but is just important to the ones who celebrates and just felt in their heart, nothing fancy or some just for a thought about it, it does count. And so then, mother's day, your birthday, or any commemoration just yet done, and what comes next? Father's Day! Yes, Father's Day is coming up which is every 3rd Sunday of June. What will be your gift to your dad? Would you even just say "I Love You" ?

Anyway, since Father's Day is just one of the many occasions we celebrate love in our heart, let me just say "Happy Father's Day to all fathers" and to the ones celebrating! You guys rock {especially to the responsible ones ;-)} ! Your child/children is lucky to have you! For sure, he/she/they will say "I LOVE YOU" . Have a great day! ~hugs&kisses~

Today, Monday (May 31st), is the day we observed Memorial Day here in United States of A. It is holiday, meaning no work and for some private workers who still work on this day would have
two days work count instead of one. Anyway, while some are celebrating this day outside, that would also mean chasing a lot of yellow stuffs like me though mine was taken past days ago. Am here by the way for mellow yellow entry during Mondays. And below are my three images you may like to look (though there's a lot of same stuffs of just simply differs from each other as well). My Friday Fill-Ins #43

Friday, Friday, Friday! Where have all the other weekdays gone? ;-) This does also means that I will be going old fast.. lol.. Ooh well, that's the essence of living! Being young, teen, growing.. and so on and so forth until being old and retired.. I have to embrace it! Embracing every moment what we/I have now, is the best thing that I can do, whether you agree or not.. hahahah.. ;-) So okay... it's Memorial Day weekend is coming... are you going to celebrate it merrily, just traditional way or just a normal day? Whatever you have in mind, am going to salute the soldiers who gave all what they have in order for the safety and all that such for this country where I am now.. I am loving it! Thanks for your services soldiers! Again, I salute you, respect and adore you.. you rock!

I don't have so much to say except that my sister and I bonds better than before. It seems that she's getting matured (in mind) already and knows how to appreciate things and thoughts. I just wish she/they will be stay (if not, better) as what our bonds currently. I love her dearly though we are just half-sisters. I have four half-sisters and the one who sent me that card (she also sent me the other year) is the eldest legitimate child of my father who is next to me. For me, I don't care if we are just half because I love her/them dearly and we agree most of the times (currently) and I just like it because they already appreciates. :) It's her/their loss if not, right? :) As long as I do/did what I can for them, then there's nothing wrong with that, in fact she/they must be grateful. Again, I love them dearly and I can feel the same feelings too.. God is great!

This day is a very special day of a dear friend of mine whom we called each other "lola" , a tagalog word which means "grandma" or grandmother. Nope, she's not that old enough but rather am two weeks older than her, we just called such word from such a conversation and we turned out that we like to called each other that way. Oops, don't call us like that huh? It's just exclusively for the two of us.. please.. ;-) We're just too sweet to be called like that.. :) And I hope you understand.. ~hugs~ Since it's her day today, I (please greet her too) would like to great her a very pleasant...

Gift/s for Your Man/Men In Your Life

Man could be your husband, boyfriend, son, nephew, uncle or relatives, friends or any... ;-) , then got it all together as men. Ha! Ooh yeah, Mother's Day is coming then next month (January) would be Father's Day then.. what would be your plan to give it to him? Would you like to give something like men's clothing, perhaps? Why not? After all, men do love clothing more than accessories or jewelries unlike women. I have several men relatives and friends and they are crazy on signature clothes and shoes. Ooh well.. who want to blame them? LOL.. that's what men are! So when there's some particular special occasions of him, birthday, Christmas, Valentines Day, Father's Day (as I mention earlier), or just an ordinary day that you want him smile --- then clothes are the best choice (for me) to give it to him as a gift.
