The Feeling of Being Home Sick

The feeling of being homesick, is not really easy. Though, I can say I already have a new home which is where my own little family live (I and my husband together with our one and only daughter), I can tell and prove that I am still being homesick where my extended family lives and where I born, in the Philippines. I experience such when I went to other place to study way years back and now to be with the love of my life, as I said with my own little family, though. Imagine the distance between us, it’s far from my imagination but then that is life.

You don’t know where you go and where you are bound to one. Reminiscing such, the feeling of getting excited because I will leave in other place, new friends and new environment, I expect it is more adventurous living in the other country of course , I expect more fun unlike province and more knowledge. Time comes it happened, it was not what I expected, why I cry! Why I miss my family and friends, why is the environment like this, I can’t sleep early because the people don’t sleep that too early like in the province, the people have its different culture with ours. I don’t know what I felt that time, it’s a mixed emotion. But time goes on and on, and now on the other hand, I am totally "in" where I live together with my husband and daughter. Amazing how did I survived for those lonely nights and days I had. Adjustment of the environment I’m living makes me comfortable and I overcame in time, though there are still times in this place that I missed being there in my birth country because of living difference, though.

It's a great place, still despite of (I believe we can't have everything, the most important is we have what we need)! ~hugs&kisses~

Happy Labor Day USA!

 I just want to greet everyone here in US and to those who celebrate with this place celebration, a happy and have a great Labor Day to all! Have fun and enjoy the no-working day responsibly!

Labor Day here in United States of A, is celebrated every first Monday of September. Yes, in first Monday of the first "ber" months of the year. Today is the day for this year, 2011.This marks my 5th year Labor Day celebration with the folks here especially my hubby-lovey. Smile. Later, am off for videoke if DH won't hurt his ears listening me singing. Ha ha! What about you, what you're up to? Will you be going outside to spend this holiday or just in your home sweet home? Get Well Gifts

It is great to know that there people who are thoughtful. Thoughtful people won't forget occasions. They do send gifts or greet you in such occasions (special or just ordinary). They think a lot (okay that is why full of thoughts = thoughtful *wink*), oops just the right kind of thinking for their beloved friends and family. I adore those folks, who don't? Aren't you be pleased when you are sick and he/she/they send you a get-well gift like chocolate favored get well gift on such moment? Of course you love chocolates and I love too! :-) Remembering such times like such is something you couldn't forget. He/she/they are there when you needed them most. Giving something (even just a get-well soon presence, but of course it's nice to have something in-hand to give in) to a person who's been sick makes a difference. You would be loved if you do.

RC Toy Vehicles

Toys are the solution of bored individuals. Make it a hobby as well. Collection too. Not only kids (but of course mostly they do) play and fond of remote or radio controlled toy vehicles like rc trucks electric but teenagers and adult does. It's not bad after all. It is an entertainment for them. A fun entertainment in racing on a race track or even in the floor, at home, or just anywhere of a safe place to play. Ah, it's a family/kids bonding stuff. It's great being kids again!

 

Colon Cleansing

 You may already know that my beloved paternal aunt died of colon cancer. Every time I heard or read about colon cleansing, my deceased aunt always popped-out on my mind. I cannot help it, it's just that I didn't think about it before. I mean I did not think that there is such thing, color cancer. I/you might have to learn more colon cleansers to prevent it from happening. We are aware about cancer, there maybe few treated and still have long life but majority are in peril. It is great to be checked and advised to cleanse our colon than it is already in acute status. Indeed, health is the source of our strength so we have to be healthy always. God bless and all the best in us! Be healthy always. Have a regular check-up and etc.

Business Conference Calls

Businesses have conferences. Either in field, office or in telephone (or mobile phone) they are in. This is done for the simple reasons, because they have business(es) or employees to correspond with in other place(es). Either around the globe or just nationwide. Oops, not just for business purposes for some but for personal  too, conference call for friends and family. But mainly conference call is essential for business purposes especially nowadays that it is very much possible to have the business partners/employees from other side of the world just like call centers and many more. It is a nice thing that we have now choices, technology and stuffs to choose from. We just have to take control of our choices or what we choose to have.

It May Make Her or Him Smile

As Christmas is fast approaching, as inexpensive or otherwise, folks have to make this special season very much special to their love ones too. Well, include me to that. As much as I like to celebrate with them, on my other mind also remembering my grandparents who raise me up while I was just so young then. If you only know that my grandmother (my step grandmother, she is the one who raised me) likes to do her unusual thing, tobacco, and if she only live I may give her a special small cigars for her to have something she have not taste yet. Just a note, cigar smoking is dangerous to our health especially to the passive and I have to take her away from crowds just to make her extra special happy, even just sometimes. Well, if only she lives. Maybe my uncle will like it too.

It Rained!

It only seldom rains here in United States of A which is far different from my birth country but I am not complaining, in fact, I am just very glad for having such season. Talking about how seldom it is, if not  can be counted as above five but lower by ten, then I would just say just what it is. To continue, seems like I am happy hearing its dropped and I even took a picture in the upper center which only few rain showers left. And below is an evidence! (or a remembrance) *wink* ;-)

Just being glad, my battery went good and there is no damages close to you. It is full and nothing but fall. :-) If you can see, that is the water. :-)

My Newly Dream Bonding Stuff

It is an entertainment one, so to speak a karaoke stuff. I would like to have a magic sing ever where there are score rating after we sing, there is a list of song selection from a small binder list and a luxury wireless microphone (to less it is fine to have not a wireless one to save), a bunch of  karaoke songs to choose from and more other features which "magic sing" has. I would love to have it for friends and family especially for occasions or holidays. It would create happy mood aside from family or friends bonding moment. Wish a wish!

My Friday Fill-Ins #55 (from FFI post #195)

How is everyone doing? How's your weather there? As to my end, it is cloudy and cold and our central house heater is on. Whilst the heater is heating the whole house, I temporarily had my coat, pajama and socks here in front of my "lappy-toppy" doing my scribbles. Most of the time, I like to put on my coat and pj's with socks than having a heater to save gas. To continue, DH went-out just a minute ago for some important personal stuff. And so, happy Friday Fill-Ins!

So...here we go!

1. Wow, it's cold and I need to eat, at least, to heat-up.

2. I think she is talented and beautiful.

3. My favorite way to start a day is checking my emails.

4.Whistled and he walked in the door holding a pumpkin.

5. I look out my window and see our neighbor's cars.

6. The news about her being pregnant at 19, is such a disappointment from me, hope she knows that, she don't have respect to her parents and to me as her manang, I want to help her and the family but then now, I don't know! Start all-over again?  Errrr!, is what I've been thinking about lately.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to making spaghetti as DH requested, tomorrow my plans include blogging, updating and Sunday, I want to hopefully can go to church (I guess, I have to learn it alone as DH is not Catholic) and have some cleaning!

X'mas and New Year Giveaway or Gift Idea

Columbus Day and 10-10-10 even just had passed. Now we're looking forward of the next holiday, occasion and important events should we call it holiday as such person, event commemorated is very much special. So what comes next after such? Halloween, then came Thanksgiving Day. Christmas day then is the next then, it will be New Year 2011! We all know Christmas is gifts season. When I heard about it, I just can think about what will I receive and what will I give, exchange gift as it says. What could be better about it. Businesses, companies, pawnshops, stores and alike will be having their giveaways to their customers. Many folks will be giving t-shirts, shopping bags and most renowned calendars for the next year. Of course they will order it in advance so before the event it is already good to go. Some give it during Christmas time as New Year folks will be on their house of the said event as being said "good for the year's start-up". Ooh well, talking about calendar New Year giveaway, I can still remember my folks would tell, do not forget to ask calendar if such store and alike will be giving away or order it yourself (better). :-)

She's Got the Look!

Now she is acne-free. I talked to my close cousin already through chatting. I also made sure I can see them (together with the family) through web camera. Then she happily told me that she is already acne-free! Whew! What a good news. I am happy for her. And then a close friend of mine is now also acne-free. I could never happier looking at her face. She made sure she had the best acne treatment her face could ask for. Now, she's got the look! She is not already aloof unlike as she had acne. I can say she is confident enough. My paternal aunt is on her process of getting rid of hers. She was from her cosmetologist and I guess she introduce the acne treatment if it is good for her. So far so good!

Friday Fill-Ins (FFI) #52

Even if one want to say, "It is already Friday? No way!" but that is the truth. It is now Friday. And tomorrow is weekend soon. And time for filling-ins or planning what have to be done to get into weekend fun bonding with love-one, or friends and family. Happy Friday! And Friday Filling-Ins time...

 

And...here we go!

1. You do your thing; I do mine and sometimes we will have to do together.

2. What to cook or what to eat is what's been on my mind on and off all day.

3. Remember when was the last time I was in the seawater with my cousin and uncle maternal watching us (wow.. that was 26 years ago!) and about to lose my breath but thanks goodness because of it, I know how to swim.

4. Florimania (especially to roses), dress and footwear are three of my favorite obsessions. :-)

5. During the last year, it was a great year and full of good surprises.

6. The smile of my DH puts a smile on my face.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finish my online chores, tomorrow my plans include probably, a day-off (if possible)*wink* and Sunday, I want to off my Internet and spend quality time with DH, go to church and just laze around the four corners of our abode!

Computer is In-Demand

As the technology rises up, computer as one of its innovation is also rises up. People (especially those who are thousands of miles away from their family, in other part of the world) are using Internet now to connect. There are actually many different kinds of computer like laptop or notebook, desktop or netbooks. To those who just wanted to chat and just to connect to Internet which playing games, watching and making videos and alike are not their "in-thing" want a netbook. It is great for connectivity and since it is light portable one, it can carry anywhere without exerting a lot of strength. Hence, before making any decision they want a lot of netbook reviews for such from other customers possibly from different brands. For me, this idea is one component of a smart buyer, don't you think? Thanks to technology for wherever we are, connectivity is just at our finger tip.

It's One Month Before "ber" Months Begin

This month, August, is one month before September. Hence, it is about time Christmas songs are on radios and for many places, Christmas decorations are about to hang especially Christmas lights like white led Christmas lights. When I was still in the Philippines, I am excited for September. I had colorful Christmas lights hanging in our not-fancy house but full of love. But of course white lead Xmas lights are great for a colorful Christmas tree, be it as fancy or opposite. I wonder if all of its lights were still functioning. Ooh well, I can still remember I put it up with my cousins (or my aunt in my paternal grandparents place, now her place which also I call "home") other with laughter and joys then after our simple decorations, we then gathered in front of television and sing-along. Hahaha! That was fun. I missed them. Now, I have my own home with my DH. First "ber" month is not yet a good time for putting up Xmas decors but of course a great time to start looking for that stashed decors and replace or buy new ones whichever are no good no more. Ooh Christmas, you're on the way! I wish to great you an advance merry Christmas but nope, not yet, I have to tell you soon enough. ;-) ~hugs&kisses~

The Sad Story of a Relative

I have a relative who just died some two months ago. She's just young. Three or five years older than I. Had a child but have a problem with her husband but seems not because of a family problem that brought her death because that was already couple of years she lived as without her husband's presence. It has been said (big percentage) that she was sad because her husband neglected her because she is fat and all that issues, one thing weighed more because she already did not took good care of herself. Ooh well, sorry but if only she got into effective diet pills and read diet pill reviews and stuffs like that, she might not got into trouble. May she rest in peace and the family could cope up with their lost.

Advance Happy Birthday to My Sister (Ian Mae/Lovely)

Six days from now, my sister (in real life) Lovely, will be celebrating her birthday. It is her debut actually, but because we do not have a lot of money for a fancy debut, she will just have a simple celebration. She do not want it anyway. She knew and understands the financial status status of our family currently. She will be having her midwifery board this coming November and the our parents are saving for that aside from her two brothers are in college now. I am helping some but the main expenses are really from our parents(both are government employees but still just enough for primary needs, apparently currently not enough for fancy celebration), glad she understands it. She just said she only want a simple celebration, that is a relieve and a happy feeling that she understands unlike some other youngest who only knew how to maneuver their wants. Ooh well, thank you Lab. ;) With that, I wish you all the best in life and happy, happy birthday!

She just graduated her two-years midwifery course and soon to take her board. She started her elementary at the age of six so she is advance for one year, that is why she graduated at the age of 17 (and ooh her height is already 5'4, 3 inches more than mine.. taller than her two "ate" {ate is older sister in Filipino language}.. geez.. don't curse my height..lol). And six days soon, she will be a lady -- a certified chick! Ehheheh.. :) Oops! Love yah sistah.. :) ~hugs&kisses~

My Friday Fill-Ins #44

I know am one day late but still it still weekend.. haha! How is weekend treating you folks? How's the weather in there? I bet you guys are having a great family bonding there, well, that is great! That is what weekend supposed to be, right? I am with you for that. It is great to bond with our special someones. For now, we will have some filling-ins..

And...here we go!

1. Just anywhere but not here (of course) --- Paris, France (or American places) is my favorite place to travel to.
2. When I think about my childhood, I often remember the careless, wild-free life which playing is the first of to-do-list.
3. Being "click" of each other makes for a good friend.
4. The wind in the trees, the rain on my skin, and the rays of the sun make a good combination.
5. Any nature fun like zip lining is so exciting!
6. My best friend knows who I am and, who and what completes me.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to (already done) sleep well, prepared things for today, tomorrow my plans include "pigging-out" -- attend barbecue birthday party after this and Sunday, I want to chillax (chill and relax)!

An Acne-Treatment (Pronexin) Reviews

Nope, it is not a review from mine. I was busy lately (as always) and I do not have time for a quest of reviews as well. Though I have a close family circle who is in need of a certain acne treatment but I just cannot give-in. Truly, I feel for her and I pity of such of what she have. Until I was stumbled into pronexin reviews, yeah it is not intentionally, in short it is just a coincidence. Could this be good for her? How would I know? Hemmm.. I was such a bit of sleepy this time. Will see more of what is this reviews all about. Others (who used this product) review about this product is informational as well as my review if ever am the one who experienced of using it. Is pronexin good?
